The GCA Winter Festival Committee surprised the students, faculty and staff with a new Cougar bus this afternoon.  Everyone is soo excited!!  Many, many thanks to the Winter Festival Committee and all the awesome volunteers, corporate sponsors and donors for making this possible!!
