K4 Fun




Mrs. Cox K4 students mixed red and white paint to make beautiful shades of pink. The students created Valentine's Day hearts with their paint creation.


Later in the week, the students has a great time learning about Groundhog Day. They made cute groundhog puppets.

Hurricane Michael Trees Used in Art

GCA's Art Teacher, Karen Ragan, knew the community had an abundance of downed trees after Hurricane Michael so she asked a parent volunteer to cut wood medallions. Then she and her students sealed and painted adorable Christmas ornaments to be sold at the 18th Annual Winter Festival on Tuesday, Nov 27th. These keepsakes will be sold for $10 each.
