Furry Friends Come to Visit!

This week as been a busy week with "Show & Tell."  Our K-4 students and the 1st Grade students had a wonderful time meeting some special furry friends.

puppy for her friends to meet!

 

Mrs. Miller's 1st Grade enjoyed a baby Goat as their furry friend on Friday

Caden Barber brought a precious baby goat for their furry friend today and the students had a wonderful learning about the baby goat and getting to pet it!

1st Grade Visits Tallahassee Museum!

What Do You Do With an Idea?

We had two very special guest on campus today reading to our children and telling them all about The Big Idea! Mayor Edward Reynolds visited Mrs. Smith's 1st Grade class and Dana Bryant visited Mrs. Ragan's K5 class. 

They introduced the students to their friend - The Big Idea and read to them "What Do You Do With an Idea?"  

Many thanks to Mr. Reynolds and Mrs. Bryant for taking time out of their busy schedules to visit our students and encourage them to nurture and love their own ideas .... their idea might just change the world!

The Very First Leader...Play about Washington

Mrs. Mogan's first grade students preformed a short play yesterday called "The Very First Leader." 

Morgan Vickers was George Washington and was assisted by the town's people - Ari Arnold, Malynn Faircloth, isabelle Gause, Preston Lynn and Leah Seabrooks.

Green Eggs & Ham

In honor of Dr. Suess, Mrs. Harrell's 1st grade class enjoyed a unique breakfast last Friday morning which included some wonderful green eggs and ham!
