Smith and Wood 2nd in State Tennis

in the State GICAA Individual Tournament in Rome, GA

Congratulations to our Lady Cougars Tennis Team!  They brought home
2nd Place in the GISA State Team Tournament yesterday!  

GCA Tennis News - Region & State Individual Tournament News

In regular season play, the girls were undefeated and finished as Region Champs.  Boys finished 3rd. 

Region individual tournament (4/11) - Mikey Harrell & Caroline Wells Region Champs, girls doubles, Sarah Castoro & Olivia Penela 2nd place in region for girls doubles.  Clay Wells finished 2nd in region for boys singles

State individual tournament in Macon 4/17 & 4/18 - Sarah & Olivia lost a close match in the 1st round after battling for over 4 hrs.  Clay lost in 2nd round of play.  Caroline & Mikey advanced all the way to finals before losing.  They were state runners up. 

Girls will head to Macon on Tuesday, 4/25 to compete in state team tournament

Harrell & Wells Win Region

Congratulations to Clay Wells for winning GISA-AA Region in Boys Singles and Mikey and Perra Harrell winning the Girls Doubles Championship.  Way to go GCA!

Grace Christian Academy hosted the GISA AA Region Tennis Tournament on Tuesday, April 14th. Perra Harrell won 1st in singles and Carly Godwin and Sarah Castoro won 1st in doubles. Congratulations to our Region Champs and good luck at State!
