Youth Leadership Graduates
Five Grace students were selected and participated in the 2013 Raymond Miles Youth Leadership program sponsored by the Decatur County Chamber of Commerce. This program is a 12 week program using the J.W. Fanning curriculum from the University of GA.

We are so excited about our new outdoor classroom/pavilion that is almost complete. Once fans are added and picnic tables moved, it will be ready for all GCA students, faculty and staff to enjoy.

1st Grade Bible Mission Project
Mrs. Harrell and Mrs. Morgan's 1st grade classes have been studying about the importance of giving. This week their bible story was from Luke 21:4 "The Widow's Offering". The students decided that they wanted to do something to help someone in need and selected The Agape Shop for clothing, shoes and toys, and our local Food Pantry for the can goods. What a great way to show Gods love!!

| Mrs. Harrell's 4th grade class has been exploring different types of careers and hosting special guest to share their experiences. This past week, several officers from Bainbridge Public Safety visited and explained all the opportunities that are available in their line of work..... Police Officer, Fire Fighter, Special Investigator, etc. |

Kite Day @ GCA
March winds provide a wonderful opportunity to fly a kite!! GCA's K4 students enjoyed flying their kites last Friday, March 8th. It was a beautiful day with light winds and fun was had by all!!!

Elementary Students Learn about Dentistry
Mrs. Ericka Adams from Dr. Nicholas Adams dental practice visited with our K5 & 1st grade students last week. Students learned all about their teeth and gums and most importantly how to take care of them.

Yearbook Orders Due Friday, March 8th
The yearbook staff is in their final sales drive for the 2012-13 GCA Yearbook. If you have not already placed an order for your yearbook then his is your last chance. The cost is only $40 and all orders need to be in by Friday, March 8th.
