Boosterthon Pledges Due this Week!
We want to say thank you for all of your enthusiasm during our Boosterthon Fun Run! Because of your support and generosity, we experienced great financial results with this program. If we collect 100% of our pledges, GCA's profit from the Boosterthon Fun Run will be over $16,000! Parents, we need your help! Please send your pledge money in your child's blue collection envelope to their homeroom teachers as soon as possible. Our goal is to have all pledge money turned in before Spring Break....by this Thursday, April 1st!

GCA Students Explore D.C. During Trip Week
Forty-two students and chaperones from Grace Christian Academy just returned from a five-day educational history trip to Washington, D.C. The trip was a part of GCA’s annual Trip Week and was organized locally by Mrs. Kathy Bennett, a GCA teacher, and coordinated through Christian Discoveries the week of Feb. 28th – March 6th.
The students were able to witness our government in action through a visit to the Capitol Building. They explored themes of personal risk and sacrifice while visiting the World War II, Vietnam, Iwo Jima, and Korean War Memorials.

7th & 8th Grade Enjoy GA Studies Trip
Grace Christian Academy’s 7th & 8th also got a chance to participate in GCA’s annual Trip Week and went on a tour of North Georgia from March 3rd – 5th. Twenty students, chaperones, along with GCA History Teacher, Mrs. Henderson embarked on a three day, 800 mile adventure through the State.
Even though the tour was designed to correlate with the Georgia History Curriculum, there were plenty of extra activities so that the trip was both educational and fun. For many students, this was a trip of a lifetime and will be a lasting memory of their middle school days at GCA.
