Ryles Hollis, a sixth grader at GCA and son of Kenny and Beth Hollis was honored at the Bainbridge City Council meeting last Tuesday for his "If I were a Mayor" essay. Some of the items Ryles stated he would do if he was Mayor included: organize Neighborhood Watch program in the city, look out for the disabled and the elderly, work hard to get a new movie theater, host an exotic food festival to attrack visitors and work to foster community unity.Way to go Ryles....Congratulations!
