Physics for Breakfast?

"It's always nice to enjoy a little physics while you are enjoying your breakfast"....according to Mrs. Lambert.  While the GCA physics class enjoyed a reward breakfast, they were challenged with the 1st Law of Thermodynamics and asked to save a poor innocent egg from destruction using the knowledge they had learned.  The challenge was to constuct an "apparatus" to save their egg from a perilous drop from the upstairs classroom.  They were only given 20 minutes and these materials: egg, rubber gloves, styrofoam cup, orange, string, grocery bag, straws, and tape.  Great news....alll eggs survived their drop!!  Way to go guys!!
